Pictured above is Jim Bagan and Tanner Kneese in the Monday/Wednesday 5:15 PM On-Ramp class at RunTex. These two guys along with 5 others rocked it last month! At the end of the month's session we repeat the workout completed during elements to see if the athlete has improved. Every single one in class improved! Some took off up to 3 minutes! On-Ramp programs get you where you need to be to join a Co-Ed or Women's Only class.
