Therese Vasquez - That name should sound familiar if you are in a women's only class! There was just a workout named after this crossfit super star! It was not an easy one either! Therese started out with the hybrid crossfit/boot camp class with Coach Jessica and then moved to Tx Crew and finally CrossFit Central RunTex. In this time she has rocked out unassisted pull-ups and ring dips and consistently comes to class and gives it her all. Not only that but she volunteers for CC events and is full of positive energy.

The 2nd Annual Women's Challenge will be Saturday, August 21st!! This will be a one day event with multiple workouts of teams of 3. Registration will open August 13th so get your teams ready!! Get to know your teammates better, make new friends, challenge yourself and have FUN!
